I can’t thank Nick Shuford enough for his input prior to our visit and subsequent enjoyable purchase experience. In today’s world, purchasing real estate has always been a hassle for us and your company is the only one that has ever made it a joy!
The project is more than we expected and having the green space, roads, and electric already in place plus a dock for our future boat made this a great deal! We know because we also own land in Tennessee by the Cumberland River and it will cost us $35,000 just to get the driveway cut in.
